- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been Dr. Smallwood's patient for many years and I have always found her to be personable and compassionate to her patients. I work for 4 physicians and its very hard to get out of the office for an appointment. She and her assistant have stayed late in order to get me in. With a personal and familial history of Melanoma. I am extremely picky as to whom I pick for a dermatologist. Her staff has always been attentive and professional. Would I recommend her to someone? yes, in a heartbeat.. as for the suggestion to have other physicians in her office..I'd vote NO on that.. I do not want to go into an office where you get passed around to other physicians and their PA's which is what these multi-physician offices you get lost in the shuffle...Not at Dr. Smallwood's office..December 25, 2016by Shirley Todd
